Dabster.io developed and executed the system enhancement of Logistics Operation and Fulfilment for a Malaysian Client. We provided the client end to end solution to optimize logistics and supply chain operations, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

The company was facing the challenge of operational activities across the e-commerce marketplaces of the country. They were unable to manage a large volume of orders from marketplaces, including Amazon, TikTok, Shopify, Shopee, and Zalora.

The platform's limitations led to decreased customer satisfaction, reduced sales, and negative impact on the company's reputation.

Dabster.io designed and developed a new system using Java Spring Boot for the backend API, Node.js for real-time processing and messaging, and Oracle Cloud as the database. The platform utilized Kafka for message queuing, Redis for caching, and Fastify for fast and efficient API development.

Moreover, we integrated it with Shopify to manage inventory, order processing, and order fulfillment. We also integrated Tiktok, Shopee and Zalora marketplaces for order processing. Moreover, we integrated multiple couriers for seamless order fulfillment, where the marketplace does not provide the fulfillment service or our client has exclusive contracts with couriers "Armex, Trax, TikTok, ShopeeExpress, Poslaju".

Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels, including stock tracking, low-stock alerts, and inventory reporting.

Order Processing: Streamline bulk order processing, including order receipt, processing, and fulfillment.

Delivery Tracking: Track deliveries in real-time, providing customers with updates on order status and estimated delivery times.
